Fables Catering will guide you through the entire process of creating a custom wedding menu with ease and attention to detail. At our free consultation, we will meet with you to discover:
- your unique vision for your wedding day
- your preferences for food and flavor profiles
- the style and colors of your event
- the location and logistics of your reception venue
- your estimated guest count
- your food budget
- your preference for plated, sit-down, or family-style service
- special dietary concerns or requests. We offer gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan menu option.
Creating your custom wedding menu:
The next step is for us to create a custom menu for your wedding, specially tailored to your requests and preferences. When we present you with your menu, we will also give you a proposal/preliminary invoice so you can see there are no hidden costs; food costs, server fees, linen and china rentals (if applicable), etc., will all be listed as line items, so you can see exactly where your money is going.
We are here to serve you! Your custom menu is not finalized until all necessary changes have been made and you are completely satisfied with the proposal. We want you to be as excited about your menu as we are to create it for you.
